Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company dedicated to solving complex problems of traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing and pharma. Requirements

The Role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in Poland, focusing on recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and ready to work in the afternoon to align with US time zones. Strong sourcing skills are essential, and prior experience in the US market, particularly in data and AI recruitments, is a big advantage.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

In your first 6 months, success will be defined by your ability to bridge the gap between our European roots and US ambitions. You will have succeeded when:

• You have moved beyond simple sourcing to become a market advisor, providing data-driven insights to leadership on strategic talent hubs, US salary benchmarks, competitor moves, and talent availability.
• You have established relationships with candidates on LinkedIn and beyond.
• You have created a seamless rhythm of working afternoon hours, ensuring US candidates and hiring managers feel you are fully present and integrated into their workday.
• You’ve successfully hired our first US colleagues—talented individuals who don’t just "fill a role" but help us shape the Unit8 culture in this new location.
• You’ve become an integral, trusted member of our recruitment team, collaborating naturally across all our locations.
