IT Project Manager

At Devapo, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and solutions with our team of experts, including experienced architects who are always ready to share their knowledge and guide you through complex technical decisions.What you will do:As part of our team, you'll:Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologiesManage project scope, timeline, budget, and resourcesCoordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business analystsFacilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teamsIdentify and mitigate project risks and dependenciesMonitor project progress and report to management and clientsEnsure quality standards and maintain comprehensive project documentationDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processesWhat we are looking for:3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project managementStrong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologiesExperience managing technical projects (web applications, cloud solutions, system integrations)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)Strong risk management and problem-solving abilitiesNice to know Project Management Software, JIRA, ConfluencePMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM)Knowledge of BPM, process automation will be additional advantageUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clientsHigher education in technical, business, or related fieldWhat we offer:Training and certification funding, with time for learning during working hoursPrivate medical care: MedicoverMultisportLanguage classes (English)Flexible working hoursTeam meetings and integration eventsReferral bonus for recommending a new employee
