About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing requisitions, issuing offers, and acting as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR, Business Managers, and vendors.
  • Manage daily operations with recruitment vendors to ensure clarity on role demand, requirements, and budgets.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and host welcome meetings for new joiners.
  • Provide general assistance to the Head of Department and prepare reports (e.g., recruitment status, mandatory training completion, office attendance).
  • Support People Managers with administrative tasks and contract extensions.
  • Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies and internal processes.
  • Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
