Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the executive management in daily operations
• Conducting research and data analysis to aid decision-making
• Overseeing and coordinating cross-departmental projects
• Organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings, sessions, and business trips
• Acting as a liaison and contact person for internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Professional experience in a comparable role
• Proficiency in spoken and written German, English; additional languages are an advantage
• Independent and structured working style
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Strong team and communication skills
• High service mentality and customer orientation
• Reliability
