IT Architect (Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation)

Zakres obowiązków Design and evolve infrastructure and cloud architectures aligned with enterprise guidelines Support and drive the migration from on-premise systems to cloud environments (Azure-based) Lead and coordinate IT initiatives, taking responsibility for technical delivery within defined scope and timelines Act as a bridge between business, internal IT teams, and external partners Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions Contribute to infrastructure optimization in terms of performance, scalability, cost, and security Collaborate on architectural decisions across infrastructure, applications, and security domains Create and maintain architectural documentation and solution designs Support integration and collaboration with external IT providers Wymagania Tech stack: Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Vmware Solid experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles Practical understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred, but not required) and hybrid architectures Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices Broad technical background across infrastructure, systems, and networks Ability to work across different domains (infrastructure, cloud, basic security awareness) Experience working in transformation environments (e.g., legacy to cloud) is a strong plus Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (business & IT) A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership Mostly remote work - visit the office once per 1-2 weeks (Cieszyn area) Fluent English What makes this role interesting Real impact on a cloud transformation journey (not just maintaining existing systems) High level of ownership and visibility across the organization Close collaboration with decision-makers and enterprise architecture A broad, versatile role combining architecture, delivery, and stakeholder interaction Opportunity to shape processes and ways of working in a less formal, evolving IT environment Oferujemy Competitive salary ranging from 25 000 PLN to 30 000 PLN gross monthly Mostly remote work - visits in the office near Cieszyn 1 day per 1-2 weeks.
