IT Analyst – Banking Digital Infrastructure

In this role, you will focus on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of IT solutions across critical banking systems. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design specifications, support testing activities, and ensure smooth releases in a fast-paced environment dedicated to financial innovation.Your main responsibilities:Analyze business processes to identify improvements and system requirementsGather and document business requirements for IT system changesPrepare functional specifications for system enhancementsExecute functional, integration, and data migration testing, including permission modelsDevelop and improve tools supporting functional testing processesCollaborate with stakeholders in release management activitiesSupport alignment of business needs with technical implementationYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 3 years of experience in IT projects within banking or financial servicesHigher education in a quantitative field such as computer science or mathematicsKnowledge of requirement gathering methodologies and functional specification designHands-on experience with SQLExperience analyzing and modeling business processes and data structuresExperience working on custom application development or migration projectsAbility to conduct functional, integration, and data-related testingAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills in Polish and English for working with technical documentationAbility to effectively collaborate with business users to gather requirementsNice to have:Understanding of SOAP and REST APIsLanguage Required for the role:Polish (good command)Eligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
