Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:IT Risk & Control AnalysResponsibilities:Collaborate with business and technology teams to define, map, and document operational controls required by internal and external auditorsReview and support improvements to the Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) testing framework, ensuring operational controls are properly establishedImplement and integrate operational controls in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory expectationsIdentify and document relevant internal policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., EBA), and compliance requirementsMaintain and continuously update control documentation as the project evolvesSupport risk management and business continuity teams in implementing and monitoring operational controlsMonitor control effectiveness and prepare reporting and documentation for stakeholdersAssist the project delivery lead with control documentation and project materialsTrack open actions, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely coordination and updates across stakeholdersRequirements:2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving collaboration with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line of Defence (LoD) functions and business stakeholdersGood understanding of Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks and processesExperience with risk and controls management methodologies, including identifying and documenting controls for operational risksKnowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, preferably within the financial sectorExperience with operational controls and testing frameworksHands-on experience preparing project documentation, presentations, and delivery materialsStrong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams and stakeholdersVery good command of English (oral and written)Nice to have:Experience with failover and backup restoration testing within business continuity or resilience programswarOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
