What you will do
- Participate in client workshops to gather requirements for ITSM process improvements and cloud migration strategies.
- Assist in designing and documenting IT Operating Models and Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Support the implementation and configuration of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting modules.
- Contribute to cloud governance and process alignment activities, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Analyze service performance data and prepare client-ready reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud transformation projects, including Azure and AWS environments.
- Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of consulting assets and templates.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
- Active student status ( 4th or 5th year of studies)
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies – understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms and a willingness to further develop in this area.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities – capable of collaborating effectively within project teams and communicating ideas clearly.
- Eagerness to learn and grow – openness to new technologies, participation in training, and professional development in a consulting environment.
- English and Polish proficiency at at least B2+ level
