At Masterplan, people are not a support function – they are the foundation of everything we build. As a People Team Intern, you won’t just observe how things work from the sidelines. You’ll actively contribute to how we hire new teammates, how we present ourselves as an employer, and how we create an environment where people can grow, feel safe, and do their best work.

This role is designed as a real first step into a People & Culture career. You’ll take responsibility early, work closely with the People Team, and learn how modern people work is done in a fast-growing SaaS company – hands-on, human, and future-focused.

Your impact here:

• Support the full recruiting process – from job postings and candidate communication to interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Actively support talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing and improving how we attract and engage talent.
• Help shape our employer brand, especially through LinkedIn content, job ads, and candidate experience.
• Support People Operations topics such as onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and day-to-day people administration.
• Support general people management topics across the employee lifecycle.
• Help with office management and contribute to creating a great in-office experience for our team.
• Work closely with the People Team and gain insights into how people topics connect with leadership, culture, and business goals

Dein Profil

• You’re interested in starting a career in People & Culture, Talent, or Recruiting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence – you’re empathetic, attentive, and good at reading situations.
• Independent thinking and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• First experience with recruiting or people-related topics is a plus (e.g. internships, student jobs, university projects).
• You are fluent in English; German is nice to have, but not a must.
• Availability for a six months Internship
