Quantum Systems specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. Your tasks

As an intern or working student in our Human Resources team, you're more than just support – you're a vital part of the action. From day one, you'll be hands-on in shaping key HR processes, gaining deep insights into the entire employee life cycle and actively contributing to our mission of digitalizing global HR operations. You'll work closely with a passionate team of three HR professionals who value fresh ideas and your unique perspective.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Drive real impact: Help optimize and develop global HR processes and policies that support company growth and make our team even more effective.
• Own your tasks: Take responsibility for operational HR activities such as preparing contracts and certificates, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows
• Be part of the digital transformation: Maintain and digitalize employee master datta in our HRIS and physical archives, actively contributing to the future of smart HR.
• Support early talent development: Assist in mentoring our early professionals and discover how careers are built from the ground up.
• Work on meaningful projects: Collaborate on exciting HR initiatives – like implementing a new HRIS tool – where your ideas and energy directly improve the employee experience at Quantum-Systems.

What you bring to the team:

• You have already gained initial practical experience in the field of Human Resources – for example through a completed vocational training, a previous internship, or a student job in HR.
• A background in business administration, HR management, business psychology, sociology or a similar field – whether currently studying or already completed – is a strong plus, but not a must.
• You are available for a period of six months and excited to fully dive into the HR world during that time.
• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.
• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.
• Communication in German is a matter of course for you.
