What You’ll Do

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Working closely with a Co-Founder on more general HR topics like cost analysis or taking care of our internal HR-System
• Help prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and support documentation for new hires
• Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities ‍ ‍
• Respond to employee inquiries and support HR operations to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Available for a 6 month internship in our Augsburg office
• Strong interest in how a business works, especially from the HR and talent management perspective
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team player who can also work independently with a proactive
