About the project

Your responsibilities

• Operate and maintain our on-premises datacentre infrastructure
• Manage and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux)
• Deploy, configure, and secure servers and core system components
• Maintaining and administering storage services (Ceph)
• Managing mail servers/services (Exim, Postal)
• Maintaining and develop network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, VPNs, firewalls)
• Keep systems patched, hardened, and compliant with security and data protections standards
• Evaluate new technologies and market trends to improve reliability and efficiency
• Operate and improve monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Nagios)
• Manage domain, DNS and certificate configurations (Cloudflare)
• Work closely with Product teams to ensure reliability and compliance
• Communicate proactively, document clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams

Our requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a system, network, or infrastructure engineer
• Strong background in Linux administration (Oracle Linux / RHEL preferred)
• Experience designing and maintaining high-availability (HA) solutions at the network and system level
• Solid understanding of L2 and L3 networking, switching, and firewall management (VyOS or similar)
• Experience with routing and tunneling protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, VRRP)
• Practical experience with automation or scripting (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or Python)
• Awareness of system hardening and security best practices
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency at B2+ level

Optional

• Familiarity with Kubernetes networking components (Calico, Cilium)
• Knowledge of service mesh (Istio) and Kubernetes networking stack
• Knowledge of Percona XtraDB or other MySQL-based clustered databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as ArgoCD
• Experience with virtualization (Proxmox, oVirt, VMware)
• Understanding of Java-based application environments and troubleshooting within containers
• Experience with Vault or Secret Management tools
• Relevant technical certifications (RHCE, CCNA, LFCS, CKA)
