Influencer Marketing Manager

We are a certified Great Place to Work company.   We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and be responsible for developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and analyze the effectiveness of activities. Our goal is to be the best financial brand in influencer marketing, and the person we're looking for will help us achieve this will be responsible for some of the 15 markets in which we operate. Responsibilities Creating and implementing an influencer marketing strategy Identifying partnerships with appropriate influencers who align with our brand  Negotiating terms of cooperation and managing contracts with influencers Coordinating and monitoring marketing campaigns Analyzing campaign results and reporting on effectiveness Building long-term relationships with agencies and local marketing teams Building internal community based on knowledge sharing Developing standards based on the most effective implementations Creating concepts and campaigns to support market's goals Tracking influencer marketing trends and recommending new solutions Working with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing activities with the overall marketing strategy Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of the influencer market and influencer marketing campaign management tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in data analysis and reporting Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in a team Advanced English language skills Nice to Have Experience in the financial services or fintech industry Familiarity with multi-market or international influencer campaigns Knowledge of additional languages relevant to our operating markets What we offer Stable employment based on an employment contract A chance to grow within the FinTech industry in an international environment, while having a real impact on the company and the evolution of its products Training under the supervision of experienced financial market professionals A clear development path supported by regular feedback and transparent career progression Hybrid work model (3 days of working from home per week) Regular team-building and integration events Equipment tailored to your needs Wide range of benefits like private medical care, myBenefit platform, sport card, language learning platform, meal co-financing at the office and more Benefits
