Indirect Purchasing Manager – Mobility EMEA

Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical discipline, or Economics (or equivalent), 6–9+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives, supplier performance management, and executing commodity strategies at plant level, Minimum 4 years of experience managing a team, Experience working cross functionally with key internal stakeholders, Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage, Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier management skills, Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, coach, and develop purchasing teams, Strategic mindset with the ability to translate commodity strategies into actionable plant level plans, Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels, Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
