About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Manage incidents and problems in accordance with best ITIL practices to minimize business disruptions.
  • Oversee the incident/problem management process and coordinate teams responsible for resolution.
  • Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create incident reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding critical incidents and their potential impact.
  • Collaborate with support teams and external vendors to resolve issues timely and efficiently.
  • Monitor incident progress and ensure timely resolution, maintaining high service quality.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in incident/problem management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Fluency in Polish.

Optional

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
