Your Key Responsibilities Assisting with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets to gain hands-on experience in the fieldSupporting the maintenance of our IAM system while working collaboratively with team membersParticipating in solution development and process improvement to enhance identity and access management practicesPerforming monitoring and reporting tasks to ensure system reliability and securityDocumenting procedures and solutions to contribute to the team's knowledge base and user guidesParticipating in team meetings to share insights and ideas for enhancing operationsEngaging in various IAM tasks that support business activities to provide a well-rounded experience Your Qualifications Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fieldsFluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min.
