Our requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows AD, UNIX, z/OS
- Basic knowledge of authorization management
- First professional experience in support
- Teamwork
- Language requirements for the provision of services are German or English, whereby German is required for the defined technical lead roles, roles with communication interfaces to the end customers , as well as for project-specific reporting.
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), such as an understanding of machine learning, deep learning or natural language processing, as well as experience with AI tools and platforms.
