At Devapo, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and solutions with our team of experts, including experienced architects who are always ready to share their knowledge and guide you through complex technical decisions.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of commercial experience as IBM BPM / IBM BAW Engineer or BPM Developer / BPM Engineer. Practical experience in designing an in d implementing business processes on IBM BPM / BAW platform (BPDs, human services, integration services, process design, workflows).Strong knowledge of BPMN (modeling of processes), plus familiarity with UI/workflow components (Coach Views / Human Services) is a plus. Experience in integration with external systems — REST and/or SOAP web services (JSON/XML), handling external API calls. Proficiency in JavaScript (for BPM UI / workflow customization) and/or Java (backend or process integration) is preferred.Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git), basic dev tools, and optionally CI/CD — beneficial.Ability to document technical designs and process flows, and to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Good communication skills, team-oriented mindset, proactivity and willingness to learn and grow.What we offerFunding for training and certification (opportunities to deepen skills in BPM, integration, architecture)Private medical care (e.g. Medicover)Multisport or sport benefitLanguage classes (English)Flexible working hoursTeam meetings and integration eventsReferral bonus for recommending new employees
