Master's degree in Safety Management or postgraduate diploma in EHS,, Fire Fighting Inspector Certification (advantage),, 3+ years of experience in HSE within industrial, production, construction,, Experience working with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001,, Strong knowledge of Polish legal requirements in Health & Safety,, Strong ability to identify hazards and propose practical, preventive solutions,, Strong ability to lead training sessions effectively,, Communication Skills,, Skills in incident root cause investigation methods (5 whys, Ishikawa),, Polish – fluent,, English – at least B2 level,, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – very good, Experience with HSE digital reporting tools
