HR Specialist - Strategic Workforce planning

Education & Skills:, -Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field., -In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices., -Solid understanding of research methods and analysis., -Monitoring trends and advancements in the HR field to drive continuous improvement and innovation., , , Experience:, -Proven experience as HR consultant, HR advisor and Change Agent in project management., -Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings., -Experience working in a matrix organization., , , Competencies:, -Excellent command of English (written and spoken)., -Ability to strategize and formulate business plans., -An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities., -Excellent communication and consultation skills., -Strong change management skills and ability to lead transformation projects with a flexible mindset and a “we can do attitude”., -Self-starter, autonomous, and able to work independently., -Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities., -Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT to allow for a data-driven approach.
