HR Specialist (m/f/x)

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field., Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (administration, recruitment, or generalist roles); experience in manufacturing or Greenfield projects will be considered an advantage., Practical experience in recruitment processes, particularly blue collar hiring, including cooperation with external employment agencies., Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and employees at all levels., Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and evolving environment., Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems will be an asset., Proactive, solution oriented mindset, with a hands on approach to daily tasks., Good knowledge of Polish labor law, especially in areas related to employment documentation and working time records., English proficiency at a level enabling effective everyday communication.
