Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Legal, Economics or Finance, More than 5 years of professional experience in the compensation area in a global or multi regional role, Proficiency in Mercer job evaluation and job matching methodology, Practical knowledge the annual compensation cycle activities in Workday, including experience of running processes in the Advance Compensation Module, Strong practical use of MS Office with an advanced focus on Excel, Highly developed analytical and communication skills, excellent customer service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail, Excellent learning ability combined with high flexibility, High degree of personal responsibility, team-oriented with ability to work independently, Fluent in spoken and written English
