HR Manager with French and/or Spanish

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager across multiple countries, ideally including Italy, Spain, France, and Greece., Strong understanding of local HR practices and labor laws, with experience managing HR responsibilities directly in at least two countries., Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus., Comfortable working autonomously, making independent HR decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes., Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with global and local teams., Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, “can do” attitude aligned with ECO3’s culture.
