If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply for the position of HR Consultant.In this role, you will report to the Head of HR Advisory in Switzerland and collaborate with international HR consultants to support managers and employees located in Switzerland.What You Will Doprovide guidance and support to managers and employees based in Switzerland on HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle (recruitment, assessment, development, retention, transfer, etc.)ensure proper execution of HR processes to mitigate risk, while actively identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving continuous improvementcollaborate with HRBP’s, HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Service Center to deliver cohesive and aligned HR solutions that meet business needsmanage a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support seamless HR operationscoordinate and implement the annual compensation review process within the assigned area of responsibilitywork in partnership with both team members in Switzerland and global HR teams and departments, actively contributing to the implementation of Swiss and global HR projects and initiativesWhat You Bringmaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplineat least 5 years of professional experience in HR consulting or personnel management, including a minimum of 2 years working in an international HR environment, supporting European-based staff, preferably in Switzerlandstrong track record in consulting, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skillsproven ability to function within an international matrix structure and manage diverse cultural dynamicsproficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly SAP SuccessFactorsexcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is considered a strong advantageWhat We Offer:Hybrid model up to 40% working from home Private Medical care and life insurance Meal, transportation and electricity allowance Sport CardUp to 20 days working from abroad / Day for U Access to technical and language learning platforms
