Duration: min. 5 months

Your tasks:

• Supporting our HR team in all challenges of HR management: recruiting, onboarding, training, development
• Managing the onboarding and feedback processes of new employees
• Participating in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and projects
• Process support for specific HR projects, responsible for partial project tasks
• Assisting in employer branding initiatives

Your profile:

• Matriculated student, ideally in the field of Psychology or Human Resources Management, with a mandatory internship
• Very good written and spoken English skills. German or Spanish desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Independent, structured working methods
• Open-minded mentality
