HR Admin Payroll Support with Spanish or German

University degree or technical training in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related fields., 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within shared services or complex organizational structures., Strong analytical skills and database management experience., Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Word., Operational knowledge of HR administration and employee services., Previous experience using SAP HR., Basic knowledge of payroll processes and Spanish labor legislation., Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (mainly NEOCASE, ServiceNow or Jira)., Fluency in English and Spanish or German.
