Head‑Quarter P&L Analyst

Education & Experience, • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field., • 3–7 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or audit—ideally in an international or industrial company., • Experience with P&L controlling or corporate function controlling is a strong plus., , Technical Skills, • Strong command of Excel; proficiency with SAP CO/FI, BW/BI tools is an advantage., • Solid understanding of cost allocation principles and management accounting concepts., • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights., , Soft Skills, • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo., • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
