Head of SAP Center of Excellence

Define and lead the strategic direction of one of AT&S’s most critical IT domains!

Your Responsibilities

In you role you are responsible for the strategic development, governance, and operational excellence of the assigned IT domain, with a strong focus on SAP and future ERP transformation.

Strategic Direction & Roadmap Leadership

• Definition and ownership of the SAP/ERP strategy and future S/4 roadmap
• Alignment of domain technology strategy with corporate and business requirements
• Formulation and implementation of architecture standards and long‑term platform direction

Governance, Compliance & Performance Management

• Oversight of platform governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with IT standards
• Monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and execution quality
• Reporting of strategic and operational domain status to Corporate IT leadership and executives

Execution & Transformation Management

• Steering of major SAP/ERP initiatives and transformation programs
• Coordination of cross‑functional integration into the broader IT landscape
• Establishment of structured processes for change, demand, and portfolio management

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Guidance, development, and empowerment of the IT Center of Excellence team
• Creation of knowledge‑sharing structures and competence‑building initiatives
• Execution of IT communication and training programs to strengthen IT awareness across the organization

Your Profile

• Extensive expertise in SAP/ERP platforms and domain leadership
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance
• Experience with large‑scale transformations (e.g., S/4HANA readiness or migration)
• Ability to align business and IT strategies in a global environment
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision‑making skills
• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong execution capability and risk awareness
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
