Head of production generators

A degree in a technical field, preferably in Production Engineering or a related discipline, Proven experience in a managerial role within a production environment (automotive, electronics, or mechanical industry preferred), Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams, Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under time pressure, High level of accountability, commitment, and a proactive approach to responsibilities, Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic, fast-changing industry environment, Very good command of English (knowledge of German will be considered an advantage), Familiarity with SAP and a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
