Anforderungen

Education and experience, • Master’s degree in HR, management, or a related field, • At least 8 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR or Head of People & Culture role, • Demonstrated background in managing HR processes within production, service, or technical settings, particularly those involving blue‑collar employee groups (essential requirement)., • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR tools and processes, • Experience working in an international environment, , Business and leadership skills, • Very good understanding of business needs and operational reality, • Ability to connect HR strategy with daily operations, • Strong leadership skills based on influence, partnership, and trust, • Focus on internal customers and measurable business results, • High level of integrity and courage in decision-making, , People management and change, • Strong skills in managing teams and developing leaders, • Ability to develop talent and build employee engagement, • Experience in change management and organizational transformation, • Strong problem-solving mindset, , HR expertise, • Very good knowledge of employee relations, • Experience in compensation and benefits, • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
