Head of HR Operations (Payroll & Personnel Administration)

Due to the scale and complexity of the role, we will only consider candidates who fully meet each of these expectations:, , Extensive experience in payroll and personnel administration, including senior leadership roles., , Proven track record in organizations employing more than 1,000 employees., , Expert-level knowledge of payroll, taxation, social security, and labor law., , Strong experience in change management, particularly in HR system implementations (large SAP or Workday environments) and outsourcing projects., , Highly developed managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in complex, unionized environments., , Demonstrated experience in working with trade unions., , Excellent command of English (essential).
