Bachelor's or master's degree in related Engineering field., Extensive experience in Piping Engineering within the oil & gas, chemical, or energy sectors., Proven knowledge of project execution in the EPC Industry., Several years of experience in project management and/or line management., Good understanding of interrelations between the different Engineering Disciplines., Demonstrable skills in developing others and managing teams & teamwork, Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive change., Very good written and spoken English.
