Your responsibilities

• Oversight of key transformation initiatives.
• Defining digital standards and overseeing their implementation across the entities.
• Monitoring technology trends and recommending directions for development.
• Collaboration with Group IT and security departments.
• Working within the hub coordinating the digital transformation of affiliated companies.
• Identifying needs and implementing solutions supporting process optimisation and consolidation of tools and systems.
• Participating in defining and implementing consistent IT architecture and cyber security standards.
• Creating a data management strategy, including data governance and data quality, taking into account regulatory requirements for data security.
• Increasing effectiveness in delivering data- and AI-based projects.
• Supporting operational units in developing AI and analytics capabilities.
• Recommending technology investments.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of delivered projects and reporting progress.
• Promoting a data-driven approach across the Group.
• Supporting the development of employees’ digital skills and capabilities.
• Promoting data quality standards and responsible use of data.

Our requirements

• Higher education in a technical, business or related field (computer science, management, data analysis).
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in IT, digital transformation, including hands-on experience testing and implementing IT solutions.
• Experience working within capital group structures or multi-entity environments.
• Experience in change management and complex project delivery, especially digital & data transformation and AI-related initiatives.
• Very good knowledge of IT architecture, data technologies, and AI tools.
• Knowledge of current regulatory requirements relating to information & IT security, and AI.
• Strong skills in digital services providers’ market research globally and locally (Poland).
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with a strong delivery focus.
• Very good command of English, spoken and written (essential due to work in an international team).
• Desirable: ability to configure IT environments and to code at a level enabling independent testing of solutions, especially AI.
