Group Controlling Manager

Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics – Certified accountant., Approximately 7-10 years of experience in controlling or finance, including at least 5 years in leadership roles., Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting., Proven experience in consolidating financial results from multiple entities within a group structure., Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights., Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and compliance requirements., Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage., Solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including lease structures, valuation methods, and market indicators., Experience in performance monitoring and business analysis., Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and multinational environment., Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information., Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment., Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish or Norwegian is considered an advantage., Experience in commercial real estate or retail sector is a plus.
