We don't believe in micromanagement; you are someone who doesn't wait for direction, spots what’s broken, and fixes it. Building a world-class GTM competitive advantage is core to our strategy.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain lead lists aligned to defined ICP segmentsRun and optimize LinkedIn outreach and cold email sequences - we already have both channels set up, you take them furtherLaunch at least one new outreach action daily - this role is high-cadence by designMonitor campaign performance daily: queues, reply ratesQualify interested leads and move them through the funnel to booked meetingsKeep automations and data flows running smoothly between toolsTrack pipeline activity in CRM, flag blockers earlyOwn weekly reporting: what worked, what didn't, what's nextWhat we are looking for:Experience in a digital marketing and content strategy role, with a proven track record of successful campaignsHands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Waalaxy Team, NocoDB, n8n, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Hubspot or similar toolsCurious about new GTM toolsExcited to experiment with AI-driven agents & workflowsExperience designing workflows and automation that improve sales productivityComfortable translating operational needs into system improvementsStrong systems mindset - understanding how data, integrations, and workflows connectUnderstanding IT Services and IT Consulting market is important addonWhat’s in it for you?Join for a role, stay for the development: More than 40% of our team is working with us longer than 5 years.
