Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience working with HR, C&B or as an analyst (preferably in international company), Strong communication skills and English proficiency both spoken and in writing, An understanding of and/or desire to learn about and understand compensation principles and fundamentals – we love a curious mindset, An analytical profile with attention to detail who enjoys working with data and numbers, Advanced practical use of MS Excel and PowerPoint, Experience creating ad hoc reports and analyzing data, Professionalism and integrity to maintain the confidentiality of data, Experience from project-based work, Knowledge of Mercer WIN, Knowledge of the Compensation Module (SAP SuccessFactors or similar tool supporting the compensation processes)
