Significant experience in Learning, Talent Development, HR transformation or process ownership roles within a global organisation., Demonstrated experience owning or designing end‑to‑end HR processes at scale., Strong understanding of learning and talent development operating models, including leadership development and succession., Experience working with learning and talent technology platforms (e.g. LMS, LXP, talent management systems)., Proven ability to operate governance frameworks and influence senior stakeholders in matrix environments., Strong analytical and evidence‑based mindset, with experience using insight to drive process improvement., Clear, confident communicator able to translate complex process concepts into practical guidance.
