Minimum 2-3 years of working experience project rollouts, experience in HR or HR Transformation is a plus, Career background in a consultancy, inhouse consultancy or multi-national corporate environment, Project Management (classical & agile), Fluent in English, German will be an asset, Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills, Analytical person with strong strategic and conceptual skills, Creative thinker able to visualize ideas and data clearly, Hands-on and “get things done” personality, Ability to work efficiently, drive high-quality results and ability to foster positive working atmosphere across multicultural teams
