Global Group Financial Reporting (OpCos) Product Owner

Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business / IT, Scrum Product Owner, 8-10 years work experience, including exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment, demonstrated experience in transactional finance and Record to Report process, specifically interintracompany reconciliation, elimination and consolidation, understanding of the Record to Report process and the associated risks, experience with process design & mapping, project management, change management and platform deployment using Agile methodology, fluent English, strong communication skills. Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, addressing conflicting priorities, ensuring tactical alignment. Working with and integrating broad areas within global finance and other global functions. Ability to switch between detail and helicopter view, deep understanding of the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, but also about architecture frameworks, ability to connect IT & business and with multiple key stakeholders at various levels
