You are highly skilled in working with finance and tax methodologies and enjoy navigating the complexities of international financial operations., You have 10+ years of experience in Finance or Tax, including at least 3 years leading teams across multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating established people‑management and leadership capabilities., You possess an enhanced knowledge of cross‑border project management and are highly adept at driving initiatives across multiple countries., You are passionate about leadership excellence and are innovative around coaching, inspiring, and developing diverse, cross‑country teams., You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management, with a strong track record of applying structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented thinking., You are at ease communicating in English (excellent written and verbal skills required); proficiency in additional languages is a plus., You enjoy working in fast‑moving environments and are captivated by challenges that require agility, adaptability, perseverance, and tenacity.
