university degree in a Business, Financial, Commercial, Economic or Technical discipline, 5+ years of working experience, experience in Procurement operations, tender desk, financial or supply chain operation roles in a complex environment, knowledge of StP is a must, experience with Procurement contracting systems (Zycus, SRM, Ironclad etc..), Microsoft Office, Power BI, fluent English required, a result-driven mentality and great interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships, ownership, ability to work independently, curiousity and willing to understand the bigger picture, can -do mentality and ability to identify new improvement opportunities, ability to build strong connections and fostering effective collaboration with the external team members, ability to manage intercultural relationships with stakeholders from all levels and ability to adjust the communication style accordingly
