GL Accountant

Experience in general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing., Ability to work independently on routine tasks and identify issues requiring escalation., Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving., Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments., Willingness to contribute to process improvements and implement changes impacting own work., Ability to guide junior team members and share knowledge within the team., Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or completion of second-level accounting courses with solid accounting knowledge., Experience in AP/AR or general accounting (typically 3+ years)., Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level)., Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or audit support.
