GCP DevOps Engineer – Krakow, - Poland - Hybrid

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled GCP DevOps Engineer to join our team in Krakow, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work on modern cloud environments and collaborate with global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage GCP cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications.Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like Terraform, Deployment Manager, or Ansible.Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security in cloud environments.Collaborate with development and product teams to support application deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Implement best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery.Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.Continuously improve DevOps processes, tools, and practices to drive efficiency and reliability.Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, GKE, VPC, IAM, Stackdriver, etc.)Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Deployment Manager, Ansible).Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / GKE).Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional DevOps Engineer, or similar) are a plus.Why Join UsYou will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunities to grow your career in cloud engineering and DevOps.
