Full Stack Engineer (Python/React)

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a no-code, AI-driven compliance platform that helps companies automate data privacy, information security, and regulatory workflows, including GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, and the EU AI Act.Requirements5+ years of commercial experience in software development.Strong proficiency in Python (Django).Experience with React.js, TypeScript.Experience with AWS cloud.Experience with AI: LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter.Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Raycast.Upper-intermediate level of English.ResponsibilitiesEnhance the SaaS application layer by identifying and addressing compliance gaps, implementing improvements, and ensuring the platform meets relevant regulatory and security standards.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services, including designing integration flows, managing APIs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring seamless data exchange.Actively participate in team ceremonies and meetings (planning, stand-ups, refinement, retrospectives) to contribute to discussions, align on priorities, and support collaborative decision-making.Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices, while providing constructive feedback to teammates.
