Frontend Developer (React / Mobile Platform) - Remote

Introduction

Louco is building a new generation event discovery platform that connects users, creators and the entertainment industry. Our goal is not just to build another event app – we want to rethink how people find & attend events.

We are currently building the core team and looking for a strong Frontend Developer with deep Next.js experience to help build a scalable product from the ground up.

Joining now means becoming part of the core tech team and working directly with the founders and tech lead.

Your tasks

Tasks

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building the web platform of Louco using Next.js and React.

You will work closely with:

• the product owners
• the tech lead
• backend developers
• the mobile team.

Your work will directly shape the user experience of the platform.

Build and maintain the Louco web platform using Next.js

Your tasks will be:

• Implement UI/UX designs provided by the product team
• Integrate REST APIs from the backend
• Develop fast, scalable, and responsive interfaces
• Optimize frontend performance and page loading speed
• Collaborate closely with backend and mobile developers
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Help shape the frontend architecture of the platform

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years experience in frontend development
• Strong experience with React
• Strong experience with Next.js (required)
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Strong understanding of performance optimization
• Experience working in startup or fast-moving environments
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience with Headless CMS architectures (especially Sanity)

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time features
• Experience with social platforms or marketplaces
• Experience with mobile-first applications
• Experience with modern design systems
• Basic backend understanding
