While we cannot guarantee immediate project, we promise to contact you when the right opportunity arises.Contract type: B2BScope of tasks:Designing and refining scalable UI solutions for digital productsCollaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements, and translate them into intuitive and engaging designsEnsuring all designs align with design systems and industry best practicesCreating consistent and adaptable UI components that support product scalabilityManaging multiple projects while maintaining design quality and efficiencyPresenting design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teamsWorking in an end-to-end digital processCollaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (Researchers, Consultants, UX Designers, UX Writers, Data Analysts, Developers)Additional responsibilities at the Senior level:Leading UI projects and contributing to design standardsSupporting the development and enhancement of design systemsProviding guidance and feedback to junior designersOptimizing internal design workflows and processesWhat skills and experience do we expect?Strong understanding of layout, grids, typography, color theory, and UI patterns2+ years of experience in UI design (mid-level); 5+ years for senior rolesProficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design toolsExperience working within or maintaining a design systemA portfolio showcasing UI design expertise in commercial digital productsFor Senior level, the portfolio should include at least 3 documented projects where you were the lead designer, managed a team, or had a significant impact on the final outcomeAwareness of UX principles and their impact on UI designGenuine interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency, with a proactive approach to integrating AI into daily design processesStrong communication and presentation skills (English: B2/C1+ level)A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with design-development collaboration (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
