Rahmqvist is a B2B company operating in 12 different countries, and we are currently looking for a freelance recruiter in Germany with experience in recruiting salespeople. The role is to find candidates interested in active sales roles for Rahmqvist across Germany and also Austria.

About the Role
Rahmqvist is looking for an independent freelance recruiter based in Germany to support our growth by identifying and attracting strong sales talent. This is a flexible, part-time collaboration suitable for a recruiter who also works with other clients and enjoys working independently.

We are searching for someone with high energy, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset who can act as a true partner to our business.

Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for sales roles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates across Germany and Austria.
  • Use modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (such as Teamdash, Teamtailor, or similar).
  • Screen, interview, and present top candidates efficiently.
  • Work closely with our team to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a structured, fast, and effective recruitment process.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a freelance or independent recruiter.
  • Strong track record in recruiting sales professionals.
  • High energy, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and results-oriented.
  • Experience using modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Teamdash, Teamtailor, or similar).
  • Based in Germany (location within Germany is not important).
  • German as a native language or fluent; English at a conversational level.
