Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern)

Introduction

EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.

• Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
• Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
• Maintaining strong client relationships

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are fluent in German and English
• Have proven food safety auditing experience, such as in food retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations
• Hold food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000
• Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory
• Hold a valid driving license and have their own car
• Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings
• Are comfortable working independently

Availability:

• Long-term availability for recurring audits
• Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits
