FP&A Senior Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred., 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic financial analysis, ideally in an international organization., Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis., Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong ability to work with large datasets and complex analytical models., Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan or similar platforms., Strong practical experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)., Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics, and ability to connect financial data with business performance., Fluent English (spoken and written)., Highly analytical, insight-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations., Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive data-driven decision making., Experience in process improvement, reporting automation or building scalable analytical frameworks is a strong advantage., Experience in fintech, payments or technology-driven sectors is a plus, as is previous experience within Shared Service Centers / Centers of Excellence.
