Firmware Developer

Zakres obowiązków Development of firmware for microcontroller‑based systems (C/C++). Implementation of communication protocols used in IoT and Smart City solutions (e.g., Wireless M‑Bus/OMS, LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT, LTE‑Cat M1, GSM‑M2M). Participation in testing, validation, and debugging of devices and embedded software. Support during product certification and mass‑production launch. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, procedures, and test plans. Collaboration with hardware engineers, R&D teams, and external manufacturing partners. Contribution to the development and integration of cloud/portal solutions for IoT device management. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, introduction of new technologies, and optimization of existing solutions. Wymagania Higher technical education (electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, or similar). Minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in embedded firmware development. Strong knowledge of C/C++ for microcontrollers (ARM Cortex‑M or similar). Experience with communication protocols used in IoT environments (Wireless M‑Bus/OMS, LoRa/LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT, LTE‑Cat M1, GSM). Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and work closely with hardware teams. Experience with electronic production processes (SMT/THT), hardware/firmware testing, or validation-an advantage. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD for embedded solutions. Good English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to work independently.
